A company is looking for a Director of Customer Support to lead
and enhance its support team operations.
Key Responsibilities
Set the vision, strategy, and goals for the Customer Support
team
Define and implement scalable support processes for timely issue
resolution
Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities
for improvement
Required Qualifications
8+ years of technical support experience, preferably in
Healthcare/IT and/or EHR
Prior experience leading teams in Support or Account Management
Strong work ethic with a creative and results-oriented approach
Good mediation and empathetic interpersonal skills
Highly dependable and professional demeanor
