A company is looking for a Senior Director of Global People
Operations to lead and innovate within their People Operations
team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the AI and People Analytics strategy to enhance
employee experiences
Oversee shared services and operational excellence for global HR
processes
Lead HRIS and tech stack innovation to improve automation and
scalability
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR operations experience, including 5
years in a leadership role
Expertise in AI-driven solutions and People Analytics
Proven success managing HRIS platforms, particularly Workday
Demonstrated ability to lead large, global teams
Experience in a high-growth, multinational organization is
preferred
