Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to
manage a portfolio of corporate accounts with a focus on customer
satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Track and analyze customer health metrics to identify risks and
opportunities
Monitor account health and execute targeted outreach for renewals
and upsell opportunities
Respond to account issues and collaborate with internal teams for
timely resolution
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer success, account management, or related
roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
Familiarity with customer success tools and CRM platforms
Strong ability to interpret account metrics and use data for
decision-making
Proactive and resourceful in addressing customer challenges
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer
experience
