Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Fusion &
AI Applications (CCaaS+UCaaS+AI).
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze industry and technology trends impacting the CCaaS and
UCaaS markets through research
Identify market opportunities and build go-to-market strategies in
collaboration with various teams
Develop competitive intelligence and maintain comprehensive
competitive landscape maps
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in business strategy, product marketing, or related
fields
Experience in Contact Center, Unified Communications, Telecom,
Mobility, AI, and SaaS preferred
Relevant degree such as Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing,
Business, or related fields
Experience managing outside research vendors is desired
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal
supervision
