specializing in smart home products, with a focus on Smart Trash
Cans. With over 40+ patents, we are a global leader in innovation
and technology. Our Global Sales and Marketing Headquarters is
based in Ontario, CA, and we are currently seeking a highly
motivated and experienced eCommerce Sales Director to expand and
drive business success in the U.S. eCommerce market. **Job
Description:** As the eCommerce Sales Director, you will be
responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow
our eCommerce presence and drive sales in the U.S. market. You will
lead and manage all online sales activities, from product listings
to customer satisfaction, ensuring profitability and growth across
major marketplace platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and
update account activities, including setting up new product
listings and maintaining product/category pages. - Formulate and
implement sales strategies to expand current and prospective
accounts. - Oversee advertising campaigns to ensure optimal
visibility and manage budget allocations. - Identify growth
opportunities through trend analysis, market research, and consumer
surveys. - Conduct research and analysis on competitive markets and
marketing strategies. - Provide exceptional customer support,
maintaining positive feedback and addressing any concerns. - Drive
day-to-day operations, achieving aggressive sales targets and
profitability goals. - Lead and build the eCommerce team, fostering
a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Perform
additional tasks as required to support business goals.
**Qualifications & Skills:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience as
an eCommerce Manager or in a similar role. - Proven track record of
driving business success in the eCommerce space. - Strong
understanding of major marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon,
Walmart, etc.). - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. - Ability
to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing,
or a related field. - Experience in market analysis and strategic
