Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to own the renewal
journey for its existing customer base and drive customer
retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the renewal process from initiation to close
Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify
upsell opportunities
Maintain an accurate 120-day forecast and suggest process
improvements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a commercial/closing SaaS role managing a
large book of business
Experience negotiating renewals with customers on various
aspects
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams
Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement
