Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Engineer II to support
complex business-critical applications remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support complex applications with broad business
impact, ensuring quality user support
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot application errors,
defects, and configuration issues
Implement monitoring and alerting systems for enterprise
applications and identify automation opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Application
Engineering, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of
experience
8+ years of experience in application maintenance and support or
systems analysis
Strong knowledge of application support processes and
troubleshooting methodologies
Technical skills in ServiceNow, Oracle, SQL, and cloud-based
applications
Financial domain knowledge in areas like Online Banking, Core
Banking, and Payment Solutions
