A company is looking for a Customer Engineer III, Platform,
Retail Industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify business opportunities while developing
strategies to resolve technical blockers
Support the technical relationship with customers through
technology advocacy and product briefings
Lead prospecting and acquisition of new customer relationships,
establishing trust as an advisor
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a
customer-facing or support role
Experience with cloud engineering, virtualization, or
containerization platforms
Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud
platforms
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships from
scratch
