Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal 3D Character Artist to
enhance and manage art production for 3D assets.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external art teams to guide the
creation of 3D assets
Manage 3D pipelines and workflows, ensuring timely feedback and
high-quality standards
Establish and maintain scalable outsourcing pipelines with external
studios
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a 3D artist in a professional game
development environment
Experience working with external development teams and
understanding their challenges
Thorough understanding of the game development process and
pipelines
Experience shipping at least one recent title
Strong project management skills
