Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead
growth marketing efforts for their direct-to-consumer business.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute the growth strategy and roadmap for marketing
channels
Evaluate opportunities to improve marketing efforts and optimize
CPA and ROI
Oversee a multi-million dollar annual budget and drive forecasting
and planning for investment
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a Growth role with proven results in
growing a DTC business
Hands-on experience in at least two marketing channels such as paid
social, Google platforms, or television
Highly analytical thinker with a test-and-learn mindset
Experience with growth tools like GA4, Looker, and digital ad
platforms
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners
effectively
