Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Lead to develop
and execute data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer
engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy
to engage and retain customers
Design and manage multi-channel customer campaigns to increase
product adoption and awareness
Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for segmentation
and personalization in messaging
Required Qualifications
4 - 6 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or email
marketing
2 - 3 years of experience managing and hiring marketing teams
Experience managing paid social and display campaigns on platforms
like LinkedIn and Meta
Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms and data
visualization tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple initiatives simultaneously
