Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Administrative Specialist
I to manage day-to-day onboarding functions and ensure accurate
information transfer.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for PPO and Telemedicine vendors,
ensuring accurate communication of information
Execute end-of-month reporting and manage group updates,
terminations, and reinstatements
Monitor and assist with group PPO setups and troubleshoot escalated
vendor file discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role
Group Health Insurance/Benefits experience preferred, but not
required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to learn new systems and prioritize tasks effectively
