Job Description:
A company is looking for an EES Financial Advocate
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate documentation to approve or deny charity and indigent care
applications based on compliance with policies
Complete application packets and prepare summary sheets for charity
or indigent care recommendations
Contact patients to obtain necessary financial documentation and
maintain accurate logs of account statuses
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent; a 4-year college degree in
Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related area is
preferred
Bilingual preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Intermediate analytical and mathematical skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
