Job OverviewBanner Bank is seeking a skilled Banker to join our team. As a Banker, you will be the face of the Bank, providing excellent customer service and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. You will also assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring Bank products and services, and selling Bank products and services via in-person and telephone conversations.Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.
• Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring Bank products and services.
• Sell Bank products and services via in-person and telephone conversations, meeting sales targets.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bank products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments.Requirements
  • 3 or more months of job-related experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales.
  • Previous Teller experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, basic skills in math, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, proper phone and email etiquette.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, excellent customer service skills.Process

      • Targeted starting hourly range (based on experience): $18+/hour.
