Job Description:

Oregon.The mission of a Knowledge Management Developer is to create
and deliver high quality product documentation for the installation
and service of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This involves
publishing and administrative tasks. At ASML (Cymer) , we look for

will:Conceptualize, plan, develop, and write documentation sets,
including concept, reference, and task-oriented information
following the DITA specification.Plan, develop, organize, write,
and edit operational procedures and manualsAuthor documentation
utilizing Technical Publications style guides and XML authoring
toolsWork with program/project teams to develop various engineering
specifications, field procedures, and software and hardware user
documentationProduce electronic documentationAnalyze documents to
maintain continuity of style of contentProcess field feedback and
implement changes in existing documentationConduct technical
reviews and validate technical documentationWrite technical
documentation with consideration for ESLEdit technical
documentation using simplified EnglishCapture and submit
illustrations for use in documentationWork with engineers in lab
and test environments, interview technical staff, collect source
material, and conduct procedure validation with cross-functional
technical experts for use in the field Participate in technical
documentation development and project meetingsUnderstand the
process of publishing from DITA CCMS into the Field
PortalInvestigate and resolve problems when DITA content fails to
publish correctlyInvestigate and resolve content that does not
appear as expected in the Field PortalEducation and
experienceBachelors degree in technical writing or engineering, or
equivalent work experience with some technical training.Minimum of
3 years of experience is required.Strong competence with the
various tools, procedures, programming languages used to accomplish
the job.Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and
PowerPointWorking knowledge of an XML editor XmetaL,Oxygen,
ArbortextWorking knowledge of component content management systems
(CCMSPreferred:Working knowledge of RWS Tridion DocsExperience with
documentation data collection, processing source
documentationAbility to read and interpret graphs, schematics and
other technical drawingsWorking knowledge of Adobe

access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export
Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified

access controlled technology.Routinely required to sit, walk, talk,
hear, use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel, stoop,
